The company must satisfy major criteria in order to become capable for the certification of  «ΕΛΛΑ-ΔΙΚΑ ΜΑΣ».  Unless company meet one of these criteria then it is not feasible to be awarded with logo.
Criteria:

• At least 51% of the shares to be under Greek ownership
• Headquarter of the company be located in Greek territory
• At least 70% of the workforce of the company has the Greek nationality
• At least 51% of the turnover of packaged products that the company sells in Greece, produced in factories in Greece
• The company should have all the necessary permits for all facilities in Greece and all derivative products
• The company must meet its obligations to the Greek State
• The company must pay insurance contributions for all its staff.
