The application for logo «ΕΛΛΑ-ΔΙΚΑ ΜΑΣ» submitted to EUROCERT, a form issued by the Responsible Address. The application should be submitted for all premises, be fully completed and accompanied by the following:

• description of the company, the certification of which the company calls
• description of the general organization of the business, articles of association of company
• evidence - payment of initial cost
• authorization for operation
• additional data that may be requested by EUROCERT, if it considers necessary for the evaluation.
